I have purchased Queen Size bed cot (Code - 800013277001) for 18K on 7th Aug the delivery date was given as 27th Aug.

Palce of Purchase - Home Town, Near Innovative Multiplex, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 37.

Product was not delivered on 27th and nobody bothered to inform me about the delay and I had to call up regularly to follow-up on the status. I was even more surprised by the indifferent attitude of the customer support staff. Since 07th Aug I have been given 3 different dates that the product will be delivered on but it never happened.

Now they want me to select other product instead of the ordered one. When I visited Home Town to check the products..all rates were coded very high and the similar kinds of cot was more than 24K, they wanted me to purchase the similar kind of cot for higher value.

This whole episode has given a huge blow to my confidence in Home Town.
