Delay in delivery of wardrobe

I ordered for a wardrobe on 13th Februaryon Home Town in Vikhrole, by paying 50% advance. It was supposed to be delivered by mid March. It was ultimately delivered in 1st week of April. To everybody's surprise, it was found to have 40% short supplies.

Those short supplies have not come as of today, i.e. mid May. This is a delay of close to 2 months.

There is no news from Home Town officials, and repeated mails have not elicited a response. I have asked for a compensation, and that is also not responded.

My faith in Home Town is shattered. And that after shopping for goods worth Rs 4.5 lacs in last 3 months.
