Non delivery of the product

I purchased the sliding bed from them. its been one month now that Im still waiting for the delivery of the product. I ve made numerous phone calls to them, but to no vain. still i dont know the status of the delivery, and nobdy tells also. I am sincelry thinking of suing these people and teach them a lesson. so that they do not make a fool of pther people and can not loot their hard earned money like this. how to take out the bed from them- I know it very well&&
