Kurl On Mattress
Not deliver on time. As per my requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 17th July'10 I have given order Kurlon Packeted spring (Angeliea) mattress (78X72x 6"), Pink Color. Which is cost Rs.18, 400/- But they have delivered the brown colour matterss, Which i have not given the order. I asked them to take it back, But the shope Keeper requested to keep the mattress, we will take back after the pink color deliver.

The same day evening he said that, the pink color not available at our Godown so it will take another 10days. Which is not acceptable

I have asked him to cancel my order, i will buy normal kurlon mattress on monday.(19.07.10)

Today morning I called him, he said that order will not be cancled and indent raised, it will be deliver after 7days.

I am hereby request i don't want mattress from Kurlon and cancel my order. If the mattress will come, i am not going to pay the balance amount.

Please take necessary action.
