Sofa set was purchased on 11.05.2011 from Home Towm Ghatkopar Mumbai (Pantloon Retail) Rs 28, 999.00 under 1 year gurantee period o time bill no 151851430 buyer order no 2088031378. within 3 months we started facing the problem, the leg of the sofa set started falling apart. We launched a complain regarding the same. The complain was attended by the Home town by fixing the leg. Again after 3 months from the date of fixing the leg it problem started again. The home town attended and fixed it again and the person who attended informed that the sofa needs replacement. The auditor came took pictures and he also informed the same that the sofa needs replacement (Date visited by auditor as on 16th dec). But still so far no signs from home town to attend the complain. Suggest what to do.
