We have purchased a SofaSet and Center Table with Order no. 2000045145 and Invoice no. 140195623, Date : 28-03

After 2-3 Months sofa got problem and bend from one side and i hv logged the an complaint and it takes a long time to resolve it but unfortunatly it is not resolved fully.

then on 06-nov-10, i have logged another conplaint (no. 158966) for color of sofa cloth get fad and springs get loose but as on today 17-nov-10 no one visited my place, when ever call custoner care (0120-4028100) different people are saying mechenic will be there today/tommorow

But no luck...

I am not sure why such big brand (HOMETOWN) selling such BAD things which got problems withen few months itself and top of that post sale service is very-2 bad

Can some one help me out here
