Defective sets delivered

Hi,

This in reference to

We had bought a AVINTIS DINING ST (SKU No 100006461) on Sep 11 2011 from PUNE Chinchwad branch of yours.

We were delivered AVINTIS DINING SET defective set with cracked backrest of one of the chairs.

We were told it will be replaced within a weeks time.

Next it was told that it will be replaced by 3rd Nov.

Now every week they either dont pick up the phone or misguide us or say it will be replaced next week.

They have never called us to apologise for the defective set nor did they do call us back to inform the status after repeated calling them.

It has been over 2 months that the defective set has not yet been replaced and we have been treated badly by the shop customer care.

We want the chair to be replaced within 2 days time or take the defective set back and give us full refund immediately.

Note: They had also delivered defectiveset of the other item i.e. SHOE CABINATE (SKU No 100005136) which was replaced on repeated follow ups.
