Deffective piece at the time of delivery

Espected sir,

this to bring to ur notice that we purchased 1 bed from evok gurgaon on 19th june and at the time of delivery we found the piece is deffective and we mentioned it same to the staff who came to assemble the bed, we called several time to the evok showroomfor the same proble again n again and their employee visit us few time to fix the same problem which is still not resolved and we had ask for replacement, please help us as it already 9 months since we are complaining. we request you to please help to get our bed replaced as we dont wanna keep that bed.
