Non delivery of goods within the time frame committed

I was told the the product ordered would reach me sometime between 2 pm & 5pm. When the delivery section phone me at about 11.30 am I requested them to please give me delivery by at least 3pm as I have a dependent uncle who has been admitted to hospital with a broken hip. Upon trying to call the number from which I had recd a call in the morning I got no response. I called the salesman mr soumick at phone no 9800580225 he washed his hands off me now that the sales was completed and full payment made & told me to call up no 033 3091333.. Incidentally this no is also printed on the bill copy. On trying this no I am getting no response. Upon trying to call up mr soumick now I am getting no response.

This entire buy has been a most frustrating experience & and already regretting to have to repeat the same for delivery of my sofa set which has been promised on the following Thursday.

God help the buyer for home town products as there is no one to take post sales calls.

I hope I get some sort of response.
