Supply of damaged furniture item

I purchased a bed and sofa set from Mobel Furniture, Manisquare, Kolkata. They supplied bed which is damaged from front and denied to replace it.

Further at the time of order they assured me for one year warranty. Original bill and challan shall be provided at the time of delivery only as communicated at the time of order booking. However Sofa set yet to be delivered. They have not given original bill or challan for said bed.

I request you to do the needful to save the customer right.
