Picnic table
The rod of the table is not fitting properly

I brought a picnic table from Hilton enterprises which is situated at S-1, Manisha Bhavan, Kasturi park, Navghar road, Bhayander (east), Mumbai-401105.

The table cost is Rs.7500/-- & I bought it on 20th feb. The table has got a umbrella which has a rod for fitting in the table. The umbrella was packed & I was convinced that it will work but when tried to open it at home it was not fitting properly.

I have called on their tel no 9820609142 which is of Mr. Khan but the phone is always switched off. Then I called at their office where Mr. Ashok is there who is always promising me for the new rod for last 1 month but he has not delivered it to me. The contact number of Ashok is 9223317222 & land line is 022-28176994.

I was told while purchasing that if anything goes wrong you can contact us & we will give you the full replacement of the parts. This was not even opened once & I found that the rod is not fitting properly.

I want know how to go about & what as a consumer I have a right & where to seek the help from.
