Hi,

We bought furniture worth 1.5 lakhs for Pheonix. We booked order a month in advance.

When approached on the said date, we found that order was not ready, and the owner was talking to us as if we are his minions. Rather bieng sorry he was very rude.

Then he gave us another date for delivery. Again he faltered and the furniture was not delivered. We kept on folowing with them and they kept befooling us. One day we actually gain went to thier showroom, a lousy girl attended us u knew nothing about our requirment of payments we had made.

Finally the D day arrived, our furniture was delivered, Cream colored sofa all with brown patches, some glass fittings were still pending for whick we had to made 10's of calls.

Sofa cleaning I did on my own.

On top of all this, despite so many follow ups they have not given us any bill.
