Sir/Madam,

This is to bring on record that one wooden cupboard handed over to Global Packways (India) at Porvorim, Goa on 18/10 for delivering the same to the above mentioned address at Bangalore is not yet delivered as of today.

An amount of Rs 3000/- INR was paid to their staff on 18/10 vide receipt number 950 dated 18/10. No proper replies are given by your staff at the Goa office when contacted over telephone several times.

On 24/11 their Pune office assured that the delivery will be made on 24/11 by 17:00 hrs.

The Bangalore office states that they have not received the cupboard as on 24/11.

This is to confirm that the cupboard is not yet delivered as of now i.e. 21:45 hrs on 25/11.
