Made double payment

I purchased a bed of Rs. 3500 from AMG Furnitures RT Nagar Bangalore and i made payment through my SBI Debit card, but due to some problem the printer was not able to print the bill. We (I and the shop keeper) thought that the payment has not been made and I took out cash and made the payment.

Later in my passbook it is showing that my account has been debited with Rs. 3500 and credited on account of AMG Furnitures. then I cross checked it with AMG Furniture, but they are still saying that they didnot receive any money. I confirmed with bank that is it a void transaction, but bank said that it is fully settled transaction and amount has been credited to AMG furniture.

Now AMG furniture is not giving me any response and neither returning my money. I am having their bill also and bill no. is 143
