Unavailability of Docto

I had taken an appointment via phone wid doctor neeraj yadav. The appointment was taken on 16th sept @ 6.30 pm for my mother, it was confirmed by hospital call center staff. when we reached there, there was no doctor to attend us and staff behaviour was very rude and was not ready to cooperate. we were infomed that no doctor was avaliable due to emergency. they have not informed us.
