Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that there is major problem related to eye operation and treatment, that maximum times doctors do the wrong operation and treatment also. I visited ayodhya eye hospital, Faizabad, and I notice that many patient are not satisfied because treatment and operation are not successful and after some time the patients problem is continued. and patient refer to other hospital with tanking commission to referred hospital and patients also. There management is also corrupted. After complaining the patients manager of hospital have ignored and not agree for their fault. There equipments are not working fine and not tested.

So I request you kindly do the inspection in this hospital.
