Treatment on a public holiday

I hear that hospitals charge 1.5 to 2 times for a heath care require on a holiday. Means they need to pay that much to their staff to post the for necessray duties. But alarmingly amount is collected double but they dont deploy the manpower. They take it to them. What does this means? I have practical examples. If you charge more is it not fair that service also should be in place?

It is high time we stop accepting all injustice and unfairness?
