Ullshit Promises

I registered with Babycell before 3 months of my delivery date.

They promised me that wherever you going to deliver our collection person will be there at time. I informed them to before 1 and half hour before the delivery but the collection guy was unable to be there. I missed to collect my baby's worth thing. The delivery was in Ahmedabad only still they were not able to be at time so bad services. Please Help me in this case
