Delivery of X-ray Reports - Inordinate Delay

The laboratory is not adhering to delivery schedule. It charges premium fee, but not adheres to quality delivery schedule. It has obtained ISO9002. How comes not able to deliver as per their quality standards? I used their service and paid the fee (receipt # 11087841) on 06/03 at 10.50 am. People asked me to come at 1800 hours to collect the report. When I went at 1820 after spending on conveyance and time of 1 hour, they simply say that the report is not ready. I do not understand how much time an x-ray report takes. I request the Bharat Scans to refund the money.
