Bulandshahar District Malaria Officer Dr. B.K Shrivastav is demanding fifty thousands rupees for releasing the pathology lab registration certificate and they have taken all the statements of complaint against me and now no complaint is established against me then also they are not giving the certificate they say we will give you tommorow n his tommorow never come..So please taken proper action against him
