Doctor examine my lip on Thursday and suggest a small surgery. I am applied for cashless claim and I am submitted my document for 2-3 days and follow your rep. at every 30 minutes.

But in the end of i.e Saturday, third day they deny to serve me.

I want a detail feedback why my surgery not covered under this policy.
