Unreaonable Charges of Soft copy of report

On 26 May I got MRI at CHL-Apollo Hospital Indore at the cost of Rs5000.

When I asked for soft copy of the Scan, they asked me to pay another 500 for the soft copy, which completely unreasonable.

I request Consumer forum to take strict action against the hospitals for these unreasonable charges.
