Fixed Deposit - two quarters interest not received

My Dad is 85 yrs old and had put 2 fixed deposits of Rs 35000/- each on 30/8, in Panjon Pharma Ltd. Vide receipt RUS/1008 in his name ie Mr. Keshav Puthran and RUS/1009 in my mothers name Mrs. Yashoda Puthran. The period of deposits are for 35 months. He says that he has not received the interests for the last 2 quarters. The company is located in Indore with registered office, 4th floor, Man House, 15-PU-3, Commercial Sch. No. 54. A.B. Road, Indore 452010 (MP). The maturity date is 29/08.

Its his hard earned money and he is quite upset over this issue. Would appreciate if you could act immediately as the above company is not responding to calls nor emails. Also there is no written communication from the company. Kindly let us know what steps to take up.
