Legal advice needed

I work for an private clinic which deals with health and beauty care services. we had to sign an agreement/bond for a period of 24M and submit originals while joining and the role that was offered is different from what i am doing now. the management is consistently critisizing and using abusive language. there is no paid leave or extra benefits such as esi pf etc as an employee there is no sick leave also. if we take leave then gone for a toss. they treating like paid slaves. we should not consider family anything. we have our weekly off on week day but for taking that leave we have to beg them. i have completed half the agreed period but wanna get relieved from this place because they torturing these days.

i need suggestions as in how i can proceed further pls advice and i have just given an outline of what is happeneing it is still more worser in detail
