Dear sir,

This is to inform you that In ESIC Dalignj Mohan mekin Lucknow dispencary patient suffering many probulem as like Blood pressure medicine not available and Doctor not attend dispencary proper time (dispencary time 8:30AM to 12:30PM) but doctor is coming late till 09:00AM and evening time is 4:30 to 6:30 but doctor not present in dispencary in evening time .daily so we reached our office late when we go dispencary for medicine . and his behaviour is very bad .he not check properly petient with instrument.

So please take hard action against this docto
