Crocin suspension
Defective cap

We are running a Pharmacy for the past 35 years in Chennai. We are getting complaints from consumers about the "difficulty or non opening" of the CAP of the Crocin suspension. Most of the consumers are not able to use the medicine while their kids are suffering from fever because of the difficulty in opening the bottle cap. When they bring it back we were also not able to open easily eventhough we know the technique to open. So we request the company to look into the matter seriously and do the needful as early as possible.
