Different pricing offers

Hi,

My name is Amit. We are clients of Cryobanks. We enrolled in Feb. I feel terribly cheated by the company on pricing and discounts.

The executive who visited me said that if the company gave discount then as per company’s agreement their trio power facility of 5 lacs treatment cost, 10 lacs liability on stem cells and add on sample for baby will not be applicable. As I wanted all these for my baby I did not ask for any discounts.

Later on I learnt that the company is selling at highly discounted rates to many clients and still giving these facilities in 60000 and even 40000. Is this true? Will the company give all these benefits to the client even if their agreement mentions otherwise? If yes what is the point of having an agreement?

I came to know about a client who was offered full facility in 40000. (discount of 25000!!) and second client who was offered full facilities in 60000 (discount of rs. 15000!!) and feel very cheated. How can a big company give such discounts? is there no common policy? I feel bad because I trusted the company and did not force them for discounts where as others forced them and got huge discounts.

Can I sue the company for following different standards?
