Poor medication and treatment

I am undergoing treatment for Skin infection with Dr. Batras Homeopathic clinic and this treatment has worsened my skin. Earlier I just had a small Patch under my eye caused due to sun-burn and once I started the treatment, within 2 months my entire face developed white patches.

Apart from this their servicing to clients is pathetic. I had shifted my account from Nerul, Navi Mumbai to their Kapil Towers Branch in Pune. On my first visit there, I had a tele-appointment booked for 5 pm. And once i reach there at 4 45 pm, the receptionist says 'You have to wait for an hour because there are lots of patients waiting right now.' My point is if they don't follow telephonic appointments then why do they take that. When I complained to the senior doctor he said "PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME".

Apart from this, one of the doctors suggested me to start with allopathic treatment as it will better my skin sooner. After paying 7, 000 rupees for the treatment, If the doctor says something like this, you surely feel cheated.

It is one of the most pathetic hospitals/ clinics i have taken treatment from... They should be sued.
