Charge more than MRP

The MRP of NIZARAL ointment is Rs.82.25. I bought 02 nos. of tube & they charge Rs.165.00 instead of Rs.164.50. they also give me bill of 165.00. They refuse my objection and told me that they can charge round off & they are legally right. is it true? Can't i challenge them in consumer court?
