It is intimated that I had booked some medicines for my mother through speed post vide Article Number: EE004427855IN dated 02 May 11. On tracking the said consignment through the local Speed post center, it was learnt that the article was lying with the department and not been sent till 05 May 11 due to shortage of man power. The medicines were meant for the treatment of my aged mother.
This is the state of the Govt. department which is been given pay and emoluments as per central pay commission and is given 60 days "Productivity Bonus"? Do they deserve it?
