Not giving Discharge summary

Hi,

We have admitted our father for stomach pain treatment in Gowthami Nursing Home at Kakinada.e.g.dt. AP.

He spent three days in the hospital but after we decided to move to another hopital bca there no hospitality. Before that we asked them to give the discharge summary.

"They said what is the the use for you when i give dischare summary. We dont provide any think like this." this comments are getting from doctor and director of the hospital.

so, how can i take the action on them..regarding this.

can you please let me know what we have to do for this.
