Green city hospital - JP Nagar.

Customer service/reception is very bad and they are not sure of what they are confirming to patients/enquiries. Twice they confirmed doctor will be available in the afternoon and we had travelled around 18 KM and when we reached there... they just say... no one confirmed on the phone.

Another time, they confirmed on the phone that swine flu vaccination is done there in hospital, but when we reach there, there is information on the door which says no swine flu vaccination is done in GC hospital. Doctors are all good there, but because of these miscommunications, we stopped going again to GC hospital.
