Wrong Medicine

Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that I had purchased some medicines from Guardian Pharmacy Motilal Nehru Medical College Allahabad (S.R.N Campus) against bill no. S-12172 dated 22-05.

Instead of giving ISMO TAB 20 MG (for heart patients) the salesperson handed me ISOTANE 20 at that particular time when I inquired the salesperson that the later medicine was not which was prescribed, the sales person answered that that medicine is of other company and its contents are similar to what was prescribed.

Afterwards, I consulted other medical store and came to know that ISOTANE 20 was for skin diseases and for not for heart patients.

Later when I tried to replace that medicine at the Guardian Pharmacy the staff present there refused to do so.

Kindly do the needful.
