Bad behaviour by the staff

Sir,

I am Bijukumar C.B, a regular customer of hetero Pharmacy had a very bad experience from your Outlet (P.No. 509, Main Road,

Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.).

Yesterday (13.04.2011) i went to your outlet to buy 'Meftal' for my 2yr old son who was not well. There

were three staffs including one Lady staff at that time. I asked for the medicine one staff (Jaganmohan, as told by him) came forward to give the

medicine. He told that this medicine cost Rs39/-. I gave him a 50 Rupee note which he returned to me and said that this money will not go with others.

When i asked him why and what is the problem with the note, he showed a small tear in the middle of the note. I can assure you that it was as a small tear.

(Note was stiff and in no means a cloth like.)

He then placed that medicine aside him showing the intent that he is not going to give the medicine unless i give him another note. That felt bad for me. Then

angrily i asked whether you want a note straight from the Reserve bank of India. Suddenly other two staffs rushed to the counter. When they saw the

note, they also felt the same that this 50 rupee note was ok for them but added that some customers won't take this type of note, for their collegues support.

But still this staff (Jaganmohan) refused to give me the medicine.

This was a heavy Insult for me. I work in DQ Entertainment International at Hitech City. Why i mentioned this because, to show you

that i am not a begger who begged for medicine in your outlet.

Then i enquired about his name. Then he himself came upto me and said "his name is Jaganmohan, and Do what you want".

I was a regular customer there. I know them as well as they know me too very well. But still that guy behaved in such fashion.

It is a shame that in hetro you don't teach your staff how to behave to their customers.

I hope you will take this complaint seriously, so that these types of idiots don't spoil your company reputation. I do have that 50 rupee note with me. If any one

wants to check the genuinity of that note or my complaint, are welcome.
