Sir,

1. I am Ex-serviceman, Lt Col S V Sharma suffering from Renal Failure and is on Dialysis for the lasst five years. I was getting my dialysis treatment from ECHS empenelled Mool Chand Hospital. Mool Chand Hospital suddenly stopped providing treatment wef 02 Nov to the ECHS members with out giving any notice.

2.The ECHS poly clinic has no answer, the other empennelled hospitals are not having any slot for dialysis, and refusing to take any patients. Base Hoospital also has no slot. I being a patient with poor health running fron hospital to hospital, but in vain For my survival I am getting dialysis done on cash payment, which is difficult to sustain for a long duration.

3. The issue must be resolved immediately. I am HCV Hepatitis C, and many empenneled hospital have no dialysis machine for C .My phone No is 9811514470 & e-mil Id id sham_ved @Yahoo.com. My health is deteriorating very fast. I am staying in DWARKA, and near by hospital will be cinvenient.
