Denied cashless facility

Hi,

I am P.Manivannan & I taking Health insurance from you from 11.08.2009 & i had recently renewed my policy as on 11.08.11 thru credit card. My Policy No is 4034i/FPP/04884393/01/00 & My Health Member Id No Is IHPN-06431707/01 & IHPN-06431707/02.

In This connection i was admitted in Bilroth Hospital as on 11.10.11for severe BP (184/120) and submitted my policy details for cashless facility but the reply comes to your end Cashless facility denied for your policy at the end of the day. This answer comes from your end i was verymuch upsert.

Why i am spendiing the money to you for Health insuranse & what is the use of this policy?? i am very much surprised for your reputed company.

Pl reply soon otherwise i want to be cancel my policy.
