Receiving SMS every 2 minutes for taking a insurance

Sir,

i am receiving SMS every 2 minutes from ICICI bank to take a health insurnace, i got myslef registered in the Do Not Call Registry and tried contacting vodafone (my service provider) and ICICI bank, but of no use.

i am being mentally harassed.

please help me... i cannot get this number disconnected, because my father has some health problems and this number is present with the hospital staff to reach.
