I have purchased online crittical care policy 4065/CCN/W-1872210/00/000 on ICICILOMBARD website on 1st July and paid the amount online also, but still my policy is not issued and icici lombard is cheating the people on name online.
Nothing is like online, after 15 days still waiting for policy. i talked to customer care many times
