Dear Sir,

with My patient ID214600322573 I had been charged with Rs 9000 with the subscription of medicines for one year for hair loss and vitiligo with the assurance from your PRO that I shall always get an appointment between 1-2 pm onl since I don't had time other than this period other wise they would send the medicines to my address. also I told your PRO that I would be moving to USA by May. Now I have the following grievances :

I had never got the appointment in the said period.

I never received the medicines after April.

I moved to USA and I didnt get any information whether you would be giving me the medicine or not.

No body called me on telephone rather every day your call center people used to call me 3-4 days until I got ur subscription of Rs 9000 after that no body bothered to give me a call. I know ur policy says that the money would not be refunded but I request you that dont try to cheat the people by leting ur call center people calling any time on phones. They also told me to give some free gifts with the subscription which I never had received.
