Please go through my plight through 9910993922. how many times orders placed how many complaints pending. i have been made begger by you to get battery kit. your coustomer care sending the order online to dealer and DELER sleeping over it. battery delivery dealer is so powerful that its his wish to attend or not to attend the requirement placed by your customer care online. no penality/no action is imposed u r just making the customer fool. just imagin every day from past 30 days i am daily call daily getting new complaint number, daily getting assurence but no battry kit. Can anyone dare to ignore customer in this highly informative socity. consumer court is the only way to get heard or without that too u can listen.

Please investigate my case and correct yourself.
