Hello sir/mam,
This is regarding my order that i have placed in INDIAPLAZA, product being CITIZEN BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR... order no IN2403100887 dated 24th of march... i was assured that i would receive my consignment within 7 days... however i did not receive it till date... and they say that my order has been delivered... despite my repeated reminders company has not taken any action in retreving my order in anyway if not refunding my money... please if at least i can get some assurance from your side that you will take action against them, i will be relieved a lot... expecting to hear from u soon... thanks..
