I have insured for my wife Mrs. Kasthuri for the sum of Rs.175000 under the Individual Health Insurance Policy, but your TPA personel i.e., Vipul Medicorp Pvt. Ltd., Chennai given approval for cashless request for a sum of Rs.87500 on the estimate submitted by the Hospital for the sum of Rs.210000..Subsequently i contacted TPA on18/06 they told that approval was given based on the sum assured for Rs.125000 which is available in their database. Hence i requested to give approval for the maximum amount eligible for Rs.175000 sum assured, since my policy taken in the year 2006 and continuing wihout any lapse till date.
