Sir/madamm, this is to bring up to ur kind notice a claim of Panchfulla Gavande a case of tubectomy complication which occured at Rural Hospital Ajanta Dist- Aurangabad on dt 1/12 was submitted on dt 15/12 with all necessary documents to the head office Aurangabad and from there towards you, around six months passed away but yet there is no any kind of response in setteling down the claim is seen, why the settelment of claim is getting late? this is causing lot of harashment of poor family who already have spended money on medicines and waiting for claim settelment, i request u to kindly look into this claim and settel it as early as possible. brother of panchfulla gavande.
