Nonreceipt of Annuity cheques for the year 11

Sevral complints lodged through various authorities regarding non receipt of Annuity cheaques for the year 11 in respect of my Jeevandhara Policy No.720017548.In this connection I wish to inform the Authorities concened that I used recieve my cheques through J.D., -J.A.cell South Central Zonal Office, Saifabad, Hyderabad 500063 to my previous address till 1009-10.Consequent upon my retirement in July I informed that my Permanent Address as. , Katapadi-574105, Udupi district both in writing and through E-mail. It is Even informed to Servicing branch Maddur in Mandya District in writing and also over telephone. In spite of repeated request confirmation for change of address not sent to us. In e-mail Queries itsays your address 2 is Too big.my cell no is9632225668 Land line is 0820-2578758.In lic portal also they have not changed the new telephone numbers of those authorities who look after grievances. Complaint through this forum also remained un attended. Who in the great LIC look these aspects.
