Poor quality of treatment at higher charges

Sir,

I, S.Rajasekhar, had approached for treatment of general ailment at about 1:00 p.m. on saturday i.e. 12-02. Dr. Kakde who was a retired SMS attended on me very casually without listening me properly for my infection in left knee. He did not check up my BP and told that he is tired and asked me to come on Monday i.e. 14-02. He gave me some tablets which are physician samples and charged me Rs.250/-.

I went to him again on 14-02 at 07:00 p.m. with the results of blood test, urine test and cholesterol count (done at the same clinic for Rs. 400/-). Dr. Kakde was again with the same sort of disinterest attended on me and told me nothing to worry and gave me same physician sample tablets. He again charged me Rs. 250/-. When I told him that I had paid Rs. 250/- on Saturday and why again Rs 250/- this day; he arrogantly replied that that was for the costly medicines he was giving. I couldn't understand what cost he was charging for the samples given to him. More over he used to say that he is doing charitable service to the needy. I really felt unhappy over his behavior and treatment since for my simple knee infection I nearly incurred Rs. 900/- with no good result.
