MSEB outlet attached to ADCC college

Sir,

We the residents of Kotwal Nagar would like to register this complaint. The location of meter attached to ADCC college, Kotwal nagar, Nagpur is located on the backside adjacent to the residential area of Kotwal nagar opp to Plot no. 1 to 9. As the enclosure provided for meters is next to the slum dwellers, the entire place is converted to Public Urinal. Anybody and everybody passing thru that area have been throwing garbage, urinating and dumping all the waste material thereby making it a dirty place which emanates dirty smell especially in rainy season. Whenever the MSEB people come for meter reading when this has been brought to the notice, they ask us to speak to the college authorities. I hereby request you to create a barbed wire fencing and a small gate which can be locked so that it is not dumped and people stop urinating.

Hope you will kindly look into the matter and request the college authorities to do the needful in this regard.
