No refund after receiving the item back

I have bought Mobile Phone and blue tooth form Deals4All through HDFC credit card scheme. I had received the item in broken state, upon contacting they asked me to return the item and get the refund, I did that some how, They accepted the receiving of the items, but its over one year no refund.

I was dealing with one guy called Love Tiwari and Another called Shiraz Kotwal. Their acceptance mail is given below:
