Policy surrender check not recieved

Dear sir,

We have surrender Money Plus Plan Polciy No. 123727594 (Mohit chaturvedi) at LIC New delhi (Br. code No.12 B) on dated 26.03.2010.

But i have not recived surrender value cheque till date. I told many time But The Officer told me that U go to the agent & D.O. I request u that please u try to solve my problem & give my cheque.

I feel very bad about the way in which such organizations are handling the customers.
