Cheque not receive

Dear Sir,

I Sri Gangadhar Sahoo of residient choudwar. I took a policy no.580009725 in LIC of India. In every year I received advance cheque in month of nov./dec. for the next year.but this year 2011 till january end I have not received any cheque.

Sir I am a heart patatient. This cheque amount is very much important for my regular check-up & medicine. Alredy I have suffered one month. If this cheque will not come within a few days I would have face a lot of problem.
