Charged extra money

Hello there,

I had to undergo few checkups in MAX hospital Gurgaon. They had all my record that I am Siemens employee (because I was there for my pre emplyment health checkup too). But they did'nt give me corporate discount and after my checkup was done, one of my friend told me that Siemens is registered for discount there. When I talked to them they said, "Yes, we igve discount but now we can't refund money and it is refunded within 24 hours." It is really annoying that the first thing is they should have told me about company discount in advance. And if this did'nt happen, within a week I am informing them about this and they must return my money. What kind of theft is this. When I am liable for discount, I should be given that.

Please look into this matter.
